The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane By: Kate DiCamillo

The story is about a china rabbit doll named Edward Tulane. Edward Tulane started in a house at Egypt Street. He was loved by 10 year old girl named Abilene. When Edward Tulane was thrown in the Ocean his  Whole life changed. Edward Tulane was found by Lawrence & Nellie, and they named him Susanna. Unfortunately, their daughter threw Susanna in the dump. Lucy the dog found the rabbit doll and carried it to Bull. Bull named the doll, Malone and brought it with him on the train ride. Sadly, Malone was kicked out of the train. An old lady found the rabbit doll and turned it into a scarecrow. The old woman's, Bryce got it when she was gone. Bryce brought it his sister, Sarah Ruth and they give it the name Jangles. After some time Sarah Ruth died and Bryce left with Jangles. They went to Memphis and did some puppet shows. When Bryce ate at Neal's Diner. The owner got so angry and broke Jangle's head into 21 pieces. Bryce brought Jangles to L.C. for repairs he had to leave because he can't pay L.C.. After lots of years, Maggie and her mother, Abilene, found Edward Tulane.

Chap. 22 Summary

This is just a summary about chapter 22. Edward Tulane was just walking to the house of Abilene's house. Then Lucy came out of Abilene's house and Lucy was barking. But then he hear a gruff voice and then Edward Tulane looked up and saw Bull. Edward Tulane went inside and saw all the people who loved him.
Lawrence showed Edward Tulane the Sarah Ruth constellation and put Edward on his shoulders. Then when Edward Tulane looked at his shoulders he had saw most magnificent wings with different colors. Then Edward Tulane spread out his wings then flew off Lawrence shoulders and all the people who loved Edward Tulane started calling him to go back and he keep flying up. But Bull got his leg and he got back to the ground and Edward Tulane started crying. Then Lucy licked Edward's tears away. Done :D

    What feelings did Edward toward his owner?

A: Abilene threats Edward Tulane by putting Edward Tulane in a chair in the Dining Table. She also keeps Edward Tulane clean everyday and changes his clothes. But Edward Tulane hates Abilene because she keeps on fuzzing him around.

2.What is the characteristics of Edward Tulane different from other dolls?

A: His has thoughts and he is a rabbit doll. He is also have real bunny fur in his Bunny Ears and in his tail.

A: He was found by Lawrence in the sea so he brought it to Nellie. Then when Nellie got Edward Tulane she was happy. She would threat Edward Tulane as a family member Nellie would stories to Edward Tulane. But when Lolly went to Lawrence and Nellie's house. Lolly threw Edward Tulane in Dump land. Then a dog named Lucy found Edward Tulane Lucy brought Edward Tulane to Bull when he saw him they made him as a friend. Then bull would sing songs and he was also happy.
